3Licenses
Each user needs to have a license
306 one time, 20 maintenance p.a Licenses
can be reused, accounting for active users have
to be maintained. TC pays the
licenses, at the moment 200 licenses have
been purchased. It has been proposed
to use the Global Project to
fund the licenses
4User registration
User-id the same as for TCPRIDE and other TC
applications. It is recommended that the same
password is used for all TC services. There is
no way to force the same password from the system
side at the moment. Coordinator should request
the users to be registered as well as to request
a user to removed from a group. If a user is not
active in any group he/she will be removed.
