• 1984 COADE founded as a developer of plant
  design software in Houston, TX
• 1985 introduces CAESAR II, worlds first
  microcomputer-based pipe stress software
• 1986 COADE becomes ADN member 38
• 1988, 1989 expands into pressure vessel arena,
  with ProVessel and CodeCalc

• 1994 Management buyout invigorates COADE
• 1994 PVElite introduced the leader in ASME
  Section VIII Div 1, Div 2, and PD 5500
• 1995 bows to customer demand, developing and
  releasing TANK
• 1996 first design product, CADWorx Pipe, debuts

  successor to Softdesk Advantage
• 1998 CADWorx PID released
• 1998 CAESAR II undergoes 1st major redesign
