- UBC Adopton Rate Card Spend has doubled every
year, - Business Volumes (Current Status)
- Total Spend through SM Dept 213 MM/yr vs
70MM 4 years ago - PO Created for high value deals (CFI etc)
3000/yr - BO Order Value (Target of the program)
- 34MM exposure that needs to be managed (60000
transactions) - Users Trained 750 UBC card holders today
- Planned Phase 2 Rollout complete by November
30, 2005 - Target is 20MM Annual spend (1.6MM/Month)

- The Users are asking for more functionality and
flexibility - Delegated Authority limits to be increased
- Access to large UBC contracts with this
technology to save money - Multi Account/SpeedChart/PG capability/reduced
work ie. JV - Direct PS V8 tie-in linkage to avoid system
hopping
So Supply Management wants to make it grow and
replace our aging systems and processes but we
want to hear more from .everyone.
