The ECO scheme offers a suite of energy-saving
upgrades to boost your home's efficiency and
comfort. It includes everything from advanced
insulation and first-time central heating to
renewable heating systems and solar
panels. These measures are designed to lower
energy bills and carbon emissions, making your
home eco-friendly and cost-effective. With ECO,
enhancing your living space for a sustainable
future is both simple and accessible. Insulation
Under the ECO scheme, various types of
insulation are available, including loft, wall,
and room in roof insulation, each designed to
enhance your home's energy efficiency and
comfort. Heat Pumps Heat pumps efficiently
extract warmth from the air or ground, offering
an eco-friendly way to heat your home. They lower
heating costs and reduce your carbon footprint,
ideal for environmentally conscious
households. Boiler Upgrades If your property
has a non-condensing boiler (the boiler must have
been installed before 2005), we may be able to
obtain funding to exchange it for an energy
efficient condensing boiler. We may also be able
to secure funding for first-time central heating
installation if there are no radiators and your
home has an existing gas meter. Solar PV Solar
panels under the ECO scheme offer homeowners the
opportunity to generate their own clean
electricity, reducing energy bills and
contributing to a greener environment. Storage
Heaters The ECO scheme includes upgrades to
modern, efficient storage heaters, allowing for
better heat management and reduced energy costs

Do You Qualify For Funding?
The ECO scheme isnt available for everybody, but
we can advise as to whether you will qualify. We
should state early on that we are only able to
obtain funding for privately owned homes
(including privately rented properties).
To qualify for the ECO funding scheme, at least
one resident in the property should be in receipt
of one of the following tax credits or benefits
Universal Credit Child Tax Credit Working Tax
Credit Housing Benefit Income Support Pension
Credit Savings Credit Pension Credit Guarantee
Credit Income-based Jobseekers Allowance Income-re
lated Employment Support Allowance Child
Allowance (thresholds apply) Not receiving
benefits? You may still qualify for funding. See

Properties need to have an Energy Performance
Certificate rating of D, E, F or G to qualify. If
your home doesnt have an EPC, well carry out an
assessment as part of your FREE survey.

What If I Dont Receive Any Benefits?

Route 1 Possess an EPC rating of E, F, or G,
with a household income of 31,000 or less?
Eligible. Route 2 Receiving a Council tax
rebate or part of a local scheme for low-income
households? You're covered. Route 3
Experiencing health conditions exacerbated by
cold living conditions? A form signed by a
healthcare professional could qualify you. Even
if you dont qualify for funding through the
routes above, there could still be a grant for
