  • Def Mental health is a state of mental
    well-being that enables people to cope with the
    stresses of life, realize their abilities, learn
    well and work well and contribute to their
    community. (ref-WHO)
  • It is more than the absence of mental disorders.

PHYSICAL HEALTH
  • Def Physical health is a metabolic and cognitive
    state that involves the absence of any disease
    and it is obtained via sports, nutrition and/or
    ergogenic aids that enable persons to have a
    suitable life with maximum functionality.
    (Garcia-Falgueras 2015).
  • Ergogenic aid is defined by the American
    governmental regulation and oversight as any
    training technique, mechanical device,
    nutritional ingredient or practice,
    pharmacological method or psychological technique
    that can improve exercise performance capacity or
    enhance training adaptations (Kerksick et
    al. 2018).
