Instructions 1. Prepare the Skillet Heat a
large skillet over medium heat. Add a small
amount of olive oil or butter and let it melt,
coating the pan evenly.
2- Assemble the Quesadilla
- Place one tortilla in the skillet. On one half of
the tortilla, sprinkle a generous layer of
shredded cheese. - Add the Filling
- Layer on the black beans, diced tomatoes, onions,
bell peppers, and cilantro over the cheese.
Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. - Top with More Cheese
- Add another layer of cheese on top of the filling
