capsicum. Immensely popular for long term use,
dehydrated mixed vegetables are the way to go, be
it, for looking for easy ways of living a healthy
life. Dehydrated veggies are a must-have for
every kitchen pantry. Also, they are compact and

Dehydrated Carrot Dried carrots preserve the
bright orange colour, flavour and most of the
nutrients of fresh carrots. They taste great in
soups, stews, and pasta sauces. Dehydrated Beans
Green beans are crispy and have a pleasant
flavour that makes us feel full longer. They are
ideal for a nutritious meal while on the
move. Dehydrated Cabbage Light green and white
in colour, fresh and flavourful dehydrated
cabbage is crunchy. It adds a delicious texture
to soups, noodles and other delicious
recipes. Dehydrated Tomato These tangy and zesty
tomatoes have a distinctly rich aroma and
delectable taste and purity. They are used for
preparing sauces, gravies and other
dishes. Dehydrated Parsley They taste mildly
sweet and add a grassy flavour to a variety of
cuisine. It is best, as a wonderful garnish on
any dish. Dehydrated Capsicum- Dehydrated red
capsicum adds an attractive colour and a pungent
aroma, taste and flavour to dips, marinades,
sauces, soups and stews.
Manufacturing Process Firstly, the vegetables
are washed nicely. Then, they are nicely trimmed
and cut in the desired sizes only to be
steam-blanched. After that, the vegetable pieces
are all spread out on the trays to remove excess
moisture. The dehydrator is preheated to anywhere
between 130-140 degrees Fahrenheit. The
vegetables are then placed on the drying trays
and dried till the vegetables are shrivelled and
turn brittle for longer storage. Once dehydrated,
the vegetables are then cooled down.
How and Why Dried Mixed Vegetables? As nutritious
as the fresh ones, Dehydrated mixed vegetables
are loaded with vitamins and minerals that ones
body needs. After a long period of hiking or any
similar activity that requires a lot of energy,
these nutrients are bound to drain out.
Dehydrated mixed vegetables provide these
much-needed nutrients. Dehydrated mixed
vegetables are ready-to-eat and time is not
wasted in cutting or chopping them. They can just
be mixed with any food. And they last long and
there is no chance of spoilage. Dehydrated Mixed
Vegetables are not bound to get spoilt or even
bruised, even if kept at the bottom of the
backpack and are sure to last long too. So,
dehydrated mixed vegetables play a key role in
meeting the much needed nutritional
