Awards and Achievements of the department of CSE

• The Computer Science and Engineering
  (CSE) Department at KRCE has earned a reputation
  for excellence, with numerous achievements
  highlighting its commitment to academic rigor and
  innovation. Balancing academic excellence and
  practical knowledge application, the department
  has consistently fostered a culture of
  achievement. From notable academic
  accomplishments to various awards and
  recognitions, the department of CSE at KRCE has
  firmly established itself in the field of
  computer science education.
• Academic Achievements of the Department of CSE
• Mr. T. John Peter, Assistant Professor/
  department of CSE, along with his team members
  Adharsh R, Hariharan S, and Madhan Kumar D, has
  been selected for their innovative idea. They
  have been awarded a grant of Rs.10,000 to support
  the development of their project under the Naan
  Mudhalvan Grand Innovation Skilling Challenge
  Niral Thiruvizha (Hackathon) 2024.
• Moreover, the Department has signed a Memorandum
  of Understanding (MOU) with Ozone Cyber Security,
  indicating a collaborative effort likely aimed at
  enhancing cybersecurity solutions or services.
• The Department has also signed an MOU with
  iSysWay Technologies for AWS (Amazon Web
  Services) and Azure training and certifications,
  suggesting a partnership aimed at enhancing
  skills and expertise in cloud computing
  platforms.
• Hariharan S, III-year CSE, TCS campus ambassador
  since April 23
• Also, Janarthanan J, IV-year CSE, won third prize
  at Olimayam 2.0 and Best market fit award at
  Technovation-Kurukshetra 23

• Further, received a grant of Rs.25,000 for our
  Tech4All Women Empowerment Program.
• Indeed, 15,000 from Microsoft Azure sponsorships
  for AI-based crop monitoring system
• Rs. 2514 from FAER McAfee SCHOLAR PROGRAMME for
  final year project
• Rs. 35,000 for e-Yantra lab setup initiative
  (eLSI) Fire bird ATMEGA 2560 robot kit
• 45 university ranks achieved
• Highest placement package of Rs. 10 LPA
• Average graduation percentage of 97.22
• Additionally, Incubation centre launched in
  collaboration with Adhyas Software Pvt.Ltd.
• 13 students secured paid internships through the
  incubation centre.
