  • Insomnia is an increasingly frequent disorder
    that affects people of all sexes and ages. Often
    underestimated, it represents a real pathology
    which, if neglected, risks causing serious damage
    to the person's psychophysical health, both in
    the short and long term.
  • In the first case, for example, lack of sleep
    can give rise to chronic fatigue, concentration
    difficulties and irritability.

  • Not only that, prolonged sleep disturbances
    accelerate the cellular aging process, and
    therefore the formation of free radicals, and
    contribute to the development of anxiety and
    depression. Furthermore, it has been shown that
    those suffering from insomnia also tend to
    develop metabolic diseases and gain weight more

    disease and, as such, must be correctly diagnosed
