Research says The vision and mission of a school are strong statements or declarations of its values, purpose, and future. They are the core values, objectives, and aims through which a school walks on the trajectory of success. As the saying goes, Without vision and mission, people perish, the same applies to schools.27-Jan-2023 A vision is the ultimate goal where we hope to see something in the future. For schools, a vision provides a vivid picture of the schools values and objectives. They have the potential to transform a school community. Schools should revise vision statements regularly, to ensure they fit the needs of the students and community

that are gimmicky, catchy, obligatory or simply
reflect current phases. It should be authentic
and honest It should be futurist as it is a
reflection of your and your teams vision for
your school A vision can be made for 3 years but
it should be revisited for updations
periodically It should clearly state where you
see your school after 3 years as an example It is
always be penned in present tense It should be
realistic in approach It should not be dismissed
as empty words, but given careful consideration.
