About
Oral cancer, also known as mouth cancer or oral
cavity cancer, refers to the uncontrolled growth
of abnormal cells in the tissues of the oral
cavity, which includes the lips, tongue, cheeks,
floor of the mouth, hard and soft palate, and
throat. It is a type of head and neck cancer.
