Title: new features
1New Features of PowerApps ()2023 There are two
release waves each year. Wave 1 defines the
features that are scheduled for release from
April to September, whilst Wave 2 defines the
upcoming features that are scheduled for release
from October to March of the following year. The
release plan is contained in a 167-page PDF
document, which we can download from the
following page https//go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?l
inkid2221557 This plan covers the upcoming
enhancements across all products in the Power
Platform and the more exciting feature that are
planned for Power Apps include the following 1.
User-defined functions (create reusable
formulas) At the moment, there's no way to
define a function in a central location that can
be called from multiple places. This means that
to reuse a formula, we need to make multiple
copies. This makes it difficult to maintain an
app because we need to update multiple copies if
we subsequently need to make a modification to
the formula.
2. Build responsive apps using a drag-and-drop
designee This enhancement will make it easier to
build responsive screens by adding the ability to
use drag-and-drop, and to use the mouse to adjust
the space between the elements in the canvas.
3. Modern Fluent UI look and feel for
Model-driven Power Apps It will soon be possible
to apply Fluent UI to model-driven apps. Fluent
UI offers a modern look and feel, which is best
described using the following image(General

6. Add table columns to forms and views
automatically Makers will be able to add table
columns to selected forms and views through the
table designer and table hub. An Update forms and
views button will show up as the entry point of
the feature in the table hub, full-page table
designer, and inline table designer in the
model-driven app designer. Selecting the button
will allow makers to configure what table columns
to add to the forms and views for the table.
27. Be more productive with modern app designer
improvements The modern modeldriven app designer
will now open all component designers (forms,
views, and custom page designers) directly
inline, with the option to open in a new tab.
This allows makers to be more productive when
authoring the components of their model-driven
apps.
8. Power BI quick reports in Power Apps enabled
by default Create reports in the Power BI
service starting with a view in a model-driven
app. Power BI automatically generates the visuals
for you, so you can start exploring the data with
just a few clicks.
9. See which colleagues are viewing the same
records as you This feature allows users to see
which colleagues are viewing the same records as
them. This makes it easy to collaborate and work
with others to accomplish business goals.
10. Look up records easily with modern advanced
find Adding a condition or editing an existing
condition on lookup columns in the Edit filters
pane on grid pages is easier with the Advanced
lookup option. You can see more fields per record
and search for records within a specific view to
choose the right record to filter against.
11. Get Improved user Experience with new and
enhanced opportunity form This update provides a
new and improved version of input forms by
decluttering information and an enhanced visual
layout. Sellers must maintain strong
relationships with their clients to do so, they
need the correct information at the right time
and place. A user-friendly environment improves
seller productivity and makes it fun to work with
the system.
12. Guide sellers to favourable sales outcomes
with next best steps.(widget-sequence) They spend
significant time collecting information, reaching
out to peers, and preparing for customer
engagements. All the while, they ensure that they
follow up with the right customer, at the right
time, and in the right way. Suggested actions can
help sellers optimize their next best action and
can help save time and maximize effectiveness,
improving overall sales productivity.
313. Manage opportunities more effectively using
the new pipelines view . The new opportunity view
in Dynamics 365 Sales enables you to get a
bird's-eye view of your pipeline and manage your
opportunities more easily and intuitively than
ever before.
14. prioritize engagement for any sales entity by
working on focus mode. The focused view allows
you to view and manage account, contact, lead,
and opportunity records and their associated
activities on one page. This view makes it easier
for you to stay focused on your tasks and reduces
the need to navigate between multiple screens. It
also allows you to better organize and prioritize
your tasks.
15.Manage org charts in Crm An org chart helps
to visualize an account's hierarchy, understand
the roles and responsibilities of each contact in
the hierarchy, and view the strength of each
contact. Further, you can improve communication
by reaching the right contact, and plan and
develop strategies to improve sales.
