Case overview

• Volkswagen launches newest model XL1.
• Manufacturer knowingly attached device to vehicle
  to defeat emission detecting monitors
• Devices restricted operating capacity of vehicles
  engine to limit the discharge of recorded toxins

• Variances within testing on road conditions and
  lab results called for suspicion. Advise American
  Department of Transportation to record tests.
• Volkswagen later omits to unlawfully altering
  international testing to broaden marketability
