The meniscus tear is also a type of knee injury
that is painful and debilitating, meniscus
injuries or meniscus tear are quite common and is
one of the most frequently accuring injuries of
the knee joint that involve cartilage.
Basically what is meniscus it is a part of
cartilage in the knee that help to stabilize and
cushions the knee. It protect the joint and the
bones from any type of shock wear and tear but is

shin bond and parallel to the axis of the
maniscus.
4) complex meniscus tear - includes the
combination of horizontal and longitudinal
meniscus tears.

Symptoms of meniscus tear-
Like other knee injuries menus deer has also some

• Extreme pain in the knee joint
• Swelling and stiffness of the joint
• A popping sensation during the injury
• Difficulty in bending or in straightening the leg
• Locking or catching of the knee
