High speed OCR inspection of Cigarette Label

• Its a high speed inspection of an OCR on a
  Cigarette packet which is running at the speed of
  1000 pack/ min. Every pack is laser marked with
  set of characters which consists of details like
  Production Plant, M.F.G, Batch Code, M.R.P etc..
  and we achieved it using AI And Deep Learning
  technology.

• Reading the OCR on chocolate labels which is
  rolling on a unwinder at a high speed. Using AI

Inspection of Taper Roller Bearings
Three cameras are positioned to capture images of
tapered rollers moving in a conveyor. Images
captured are processed for surface defects on the
body as well as the end face. Rejected parts are
pushed out of the conveyor using a electro

2 cameras that are capturing images of a
refrigerator door and body are checking for the
presence and position of internal parts (like
shelves, manuals, cabinets, etc). If a part is
found to be missing, it will interface with the

Paint Shops
Using 4 cameras, the body of an automobile is

Tare Weight Reading of LPG Cylinders
Using a single camera mounted from the top and a
wide angle lens, images are captured of the
