  • Christmas is around the corner, and with that
    comes a lot of fun and festivities. For kids, the
    spirit of Christmas is all about gifts, lots of
    sweets, candies, and other treats. However, all
    these treats are loaded with sugar, which is not
    great for our health. However, festivals
    shouldnt be the reason for deprivation.

1. Banana Snowman
Slice the banana into three ½ inch pieces and
assemble them onto skewers. Cut the green part of
the strawberry and place it over the banana like
a hat place half a grape over the strawberry
add some chocolate chips for the eyes and
buttons and a small carrot for the nose. Banana
is rich in potassium and antioxidants, which are
great for digestion and regulating blood sugar
