• Prepare monthly content calendar
• Manage social media accounts on Facebook and
  Twitter
• Manage and execute social media contests and
  engagement activities
• Online outreach and promotion using Facebook,
  Quora, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more

Challenges
One main challenge is that social media is real
time. You have to be monitoring a lot
of different sites, trying to keep abreast of the
latest trends and news that might be important
to share with target audience
