  QuickBooks you want to use. If youre using
  QuickBooks 2019 or later, then you can use the
  built-in estimating feature. If youre using
  QuickBooks 2017 or earlier, then youll need to
  use the import feature from Excel.
• Once you have your estimates imported, theyll
  need to be reconciled with your actual invoices.

  automated invoicing enabled in QuickBooks, or you
  can do it manually if needed.
