Steps to Print a Pay Stub in QuickBooks Desktop
Assuming you have already set up QuickBooks
Desktop and have created an employee profile,
follow these steps to print a pay stub in
QuickBooks Online and Desktop

1. Go to the Employees tab and select Pay
Employees. 2. Choose the employee whose pay stub
you want to print from the drop-down menu. 3.
Select the appropriate pay period from the next
drop-down menu. 4. Enter the amount of hours
worked and any other relevant information into
the appropriate fields. 5. Click Print Checks
at the bottom of the screen. 6. Select Print
Later when prompted how you would like to print
your checks. 7. Click Continue. 8. Verify that
all of the information is correct and click
