HOW CAN I CANCEL MY SOUTHWEST FLIGHT?

HOW CAN I GET A REFUND ON SOUTHWEST AIRLINES?
If you need to request a refund, you can do so on
the Southwest Airlines website. However, your
request cannot be submitted online after
departure. You can also call Southwest
Reservation to submit your request for a
refund. To request a refund, you can mail a
letter to Southwest reservations. You can still
request a refund request if you haven't
submitted a refund request within 24 hours of
cancelling your flight. You can request a refund
using any of the methods mentioned above, except
the Southwest website. For refunds of any kind,
other than those for cancelled flights, you can
send a request to the refund department in
writing.
