Undertaking Service Agreement
Collaborate with the client to create and offer
the Master Service Agreement (MSA) to position
QBrainX as a primary resource vendor to locate
and onboard talents based on the client's
resource needs
QBrainX and the client agree to the provisions of
the MSA and will embark on a new business
partnership after additional assessments and
rigorous analyses.
Combining client MSA terms QBrainXs legal
terms, QBrainX initiates an agreement with
resource supplier to set proper expectations.
Robust contract negotiation is carried out with
all parties involved in order to discuss and make
appropriate adjustments in risks and exposure.
