In honor of LGBT Pride Month, President Obama
hosted a gathering in the East Room. Ahead of the
yearly celebration, the President greeted
community leaders, students, elected officials,
and members of the military forces and paid
respect to the generations of lesbian, gay,
bisexual, and transgender Americans who dedicated
their lives to establishing equality for everyone.
