ensure to use a desktop, laptop, or tablet for
it. The reason is that the bigger screen gives a
better view and comfort. Using a mobile phone

5Keep Your Distance
- It is very important that the students must keep
their distance from the screen. Students should
maintain a distance of at least 30cm from books
and tablets, and 50cm from desktop computers and
laptops.
6Give Your Eyes a Break
- It is important to take regular breaks from the
screens and to rest your eyes then should follow
the 20-20-20 rules which means every 20 minutes,
stare at something at least 20 feet away for at
least 20 seconds.
7Get Enough Sleep
- The best way to give your eyes the much-needed
rest they deserve after a long day in front of
the screen is to get good sleep. It is important
to get at least 7 hours of sleep a day to relax
the mind and eyes.

You must not keep the brightness of the laptop,
desktop computer, and tablet screens very high.
You should keep the brightness low and increase
the contrast of your screen for a better view.
You can easily adjust the brightness of the
device's screen.

- Students should clean the screen of desktop
computers, laptops, and other devices. During
online classes pulling dust onto their surface.
All the students must make a habit of cleaning
the computer screen at least once a week.
