You don't give your breathing much consideration
until it becomes difficult, even though you do it
thousands of times a day. Many factors might
contribute to difficulty breathing, including
being overweight, cold, fever, or asthma.
However, they can indicate that something is
amiss with your heart if they occur frequently.
Respiratory system complications caused by Heart
problems
The heart must first pump blood to the lungs
before distributing it to other body parts to
keep red blood cells well-oxygenated. It's an

  Oxygen enters the bloodstream through the lungs
  and binds to haemoglobin, a protein in red blood

• This oxygenated blood returns to the heart and

  carried back to the heart by the blood.

• This deoxygenated blood is transported to the
  lungs by the heart.
• When you exhale, the carbon dioxide escapes

are associated with difficulty breathing?
A variety of heart problems can cause breathing
difficulties. Some can produce short-term
dyspnea, while others have a long-term effect.

Heart attack
The main pumping chambers squeeze to push blood
out of the heart. Heart muscle contraction is
responsible for this goal. If the heart muscle
weakens or expands, less blood is pumped out of
the body each time. Cardiomyopathies are a group
of disorders that affect the contraction of the
heart's ventricles. If the ventricles are unable
to fill with blood, dyspnea can result.
The heart's valvular system
Each chamber of the heart has four valves that
open and close to allow blood to flow from one to
the other. Stenosis and regurgitation can affect
the heart's ability to pump blood efficiently,
especially if the issue is severe enough to cause
dyspnea.

Arrhythmias
An electrical impulse activates the muscular
walls of the four heart chambers in a timed
manner for each heartbeat cycle, resulting in a
heartbeat. Breathlessness can be induced by
irregularities in electrical activity, either on
a long-term basis or in spurts. Atrial
fibrillation is the most frequent type of
arrhythmia, in which electrical activity in the
upper chamber of the heart is disorganized,
resulting in a rapid and irregular pulse.
Significant shortness of breath and an increased
risk of additional catastrophic problems can both
occur due to atrial fibrillation.

Inflammation of the cardiac muscle
The heart muscle's deficiency in blood flow and
demand can result from coronary artery
narrowings (stenosis). However, this can also
cause shortness of breath, and the discomfort in
the chest (angina) is the most prevalent
symptom.
