Elizabeths love for health fitness along with
her extensive background in athletics are what
led her to becoming a Myotherapist and a Personal
Trainer. Elizabeth finds joy in empowering,

living. Elizabeth has practiced in the industry
for 4 years as a  Myotherapist, Remedial Massage
Therapist and a personal trainer working with
both elite and amateur sporting teams including
the Carton Football Club, professional soccer
players, state level athletics club and 2019

Elizabeth is an elite level athlete. She enjoys
