  to a recent survey report, 53 percent of roads
  and 23 percent of bridges are considered defunct
  in Rhode Island. Wondering why? Well, Rhode

  United States.

  quickly. A recent survey report says that 16.9
  percent of roads and bridges are in poor
  condition.

• Out of 24,043 bridges, 4,719 bridges in Lowa are
  functionally obsolete. The most traveled bridge -
  Rock Island Centennial Bridge is structurally
  deficient and needs repair. According to a report
  of 2016, Lowa was on the top of the list of
  states with the most structurally deficient and
  functionally obsolete bridges.
