MA Source is a non-profit association supported
by select groups of forward-thinking Mergers
Acquisitions advisors globally. Each member of
MA Source must qualify annually and adhere to a
very high level of professional ethics derived
specifically to support each client in the
assurance of professional advice conduct. Key
are confidentiality, market and tax change
awareness, financial valuation proficiency,
deal and capital structure design as well as post
transaction positioning.

There are specific professional duties outlined
for MA Source members.
They include

• Represent clients in accomplishing the sale of
  all or part of their businesses
• Represent clients searching to acquire companies,
  divisions or product lines
• Advise clients on the current values, structures,
  strategies and methods for ownership transfers of
  middle market companies
• Facilitate the array of financing necessary to
  consummate the transaction
• Preserve client confidentiality and transaction
  details

MA Members continuously work to remain informed
on issues affecting the sale and purchase of
businesses and share their experience with
others. MA Advisors and Members strive to
eliminate practices that may damage the public,
clients, customers, industry/profession, or which
might discredit or bring dishonor to the MA
Advisor profession. Like Align Corporate
Advisors, each member must maintain a continuing
education upgrade program annually in order to
maintain qualification within the association.
Our members have maintained the qualification
criteria for over 33 years and are dedicated to
delivering a constantly improving service and
experience to each buyer or seller that engages
with us. It is our mandate to provide the highest
service capabilities to each of our clients and
your assurance is our continued membership within
the MA Source Association by repeatedly meeting
the annual qualification criteria specified for
