Crack Repair Process for Cast Iron
The metal lock and metal stitching procedure has
been demonstrated to be a very successful and
proven method of cracks reapir in cast iron,
bronze, and aluminium heavy components. There is
no heat created during the metal lock and metal
stitching method of fracture repair or badly
damaged cast iron restoration since it is a cold
operation.

COMPONENTS
Our skilled specialists visually check the broken
casting component. Paint or red oxide must be
removed from the component's fracture region.
Special chemicals are used to do this.

THE FOLLOWING TWO METHODS ARE USED FOR THE CRACK
DETECTION TEST OF THE CRACKED AREA

• MPI test with a magna flux torch with a high
  intensity.
• The crack test is done by in-house   experienced
  technicians who is qualified level 2 or level 3
  technician.
• Crack detection by conventional
  dye-penetrant test.
