ABOUT UNIVERSITY

• Jaypee University is a non-public university,
  which laid its foundation in 2014. The state
  government of Uttar Pradesh approved the
  university to function as a university. The
  university has its location in Bulandshahar,
  Uttar Pradesh. The University Grants Commission
  recognized Jaypee University. The campus sprawls
  around 80 acres. Moreover, the university got
  approvals from various government organizations.

HISTORY
Earlier in 1610, Jaypee University, Anoopshahr
came into existence by Bargujar Raja Anup Rai. It
was when Jahangir, the Mughal Emperor, found
"Choti Kashi". It has numerous degree colleges
and inter colleges. Later in 2014, the state
government of UP Act No. 8 of 2014 established an
interdisciplinary university called Jaypee
University at Anoopshahr. The vision is to
promote excellence and quality in education for
the next generation. Moreover, Jaypee University
holds its excellence in learning, teachings,
development, and research across various fields.
In addition, they educate the students through
value-based education and set up centers to
promote educational excellence. Thus, Jaypee
University helps students to achieve their goals.
The main goal is to have a high standard of
training and teaching of individuals in the field
of medical science.

AFFILIATE COLLEGES

• Jaypee University holds international
  collaboration and cooperation with foreign
  universities. The main aim of this International
  Relations is to promote student's research and
  proposals. Thus, it helps the students to explore
  new methodologies and techniques in their
  learning. Besides, it gives more exposure to the
  students by establishing mutual understanding and
  cooperation. Further, it provides opportunities
  for the students on a global level. Furthermore,
  the university provides student's exchange
  programs for the students of the Jaypee

INFRASTRUCTURE
Hostel Jaypee University has separate hostels
for both men and women in the campus. It has 3
men's hostels and one women's hostel. Jaypee
University campus provides comfortable hostels
and a homely environment. Choices of beds are
available depending on the students' needs. Also,
the hostel has a well-equipped structure with all
modern amenities. Further, the hostels are very
secure as it has fully armed security guards,
security systems, etc. All the hostels are easily
reachable with the classrooms, sports, and
academic areas. Also, the hostel has facilities
such as 24 hours water supply, cupboards, study
lamps, water supply, internet facilities,
etc. Labs Jaypee University has high-tech
laboratories on the university campus. The labs
are equipped with modern equipment, which helps
the students in an experimental way of
learning. Smart Classroom  Jaypee University
has small classrooms in every classroom. It helps
the students to get into the modern way of
education. It aids students in interactive
learning.

INFRASTRUCTURE
Sports In addition, Jaypee University gives
equal importance to physical activities. Grounds
for games such as Basketball Ground, Football
ground, Cricket ground, etc. are available.
Moreover, indoor games such as Tennis Court,
Carrom, Chess are also available. Additionally,
the campus has individual provisions for the net,
balls, and other products. The university is also
very keen on developing the sportsmanship of the
students. Library Jaypee University has a
central library on the campus. The library has a
wide range of around 2500 books. Also, the
reading area has around 100 seats. Additionally,
the university provides online membership for
students. In fact, the library holds a collection
of books, audio-visual resources, and student
project reports, newspapers and journals, and
magazines. Both offline and online books and
journals are available in the campus. Many
subscribed e-journals are also available. Mess
Jaypee University mess hall is a modern kitchen
that serves students and staff four times a day.
The menu in a mess is decided by the student's
committee of the university. So there will always
be delicious food provided every day.

INFRASTRUCTURE
Computer Labs There is a computer lab on the
campus. The labs are well equipped with modern
computers. Further, the lab has access to a high
speed internet connection. Thus, students
residing in the hostels can also be in touch with
their friends and families through the internet.
The systems are updated periodically to ensure
the working condition. In addition, students are
allowed to use the internet in their free hours.
However, they are constantly monitored through
CCTV surveillance and lab assistants. Academic
block Jaypee University has an academic block
that is the heart of the university. The block
contains classrooms with the latest technologies
such as an audio-visual system, lapel mics and
gooseneck mics, a well-furnished seminar hall.
The block also contains rooms for faculties,
lecture theatres, conference halls, IT labs and a
library. Wifi Campus The campus has a free wifi
connection for its students. Students can make
use of the facility.
