David Alessi (Vegas) received his bachelor's
degree from Cal Poly Pomona in 1990 and a law
degree from the University of La Verne School of
Law in 1998. In 1998, he was a visiting student
at Pepperdine School of Law, where he studied at
the Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution. David
Alessi worked as a Community Manager (CAM) with
Real Support Management in Malibu, California,
from 1999 to 2001.

David Alessi (Vegas) founded the Alessi Trustee
Corporation in 2001 in Vegas (ATC).In addition,
he founded Alessi Koenig, a law practice, in
2004. By 2009, Alessi Koenig had represented
over a quarter of a million residents in Nevada
and California, making it the state's largest HOA
assessment collection legal company.

David Alessi (Vegas) was included in the magazine
Who's Who for delivering exemplary performance.
As an expert witness in the profession, He
testified in court and before the Commission of
Common Interest Communities (CCIC). He also
attended over 500 depositions and offered classes
to HOA managers for Nevada Real Estate Division
licensure credits (NRED).

In 2009, David Alessi (Vegas) bought land on a
Malibu coastal bluff. In 2016, he marketed a
three-story, 8,000-square-foot custom home to
Brad Keywell for 1.25 B.

David Alessi (Vegas) rented the property out on
Airbnb for two years after the project in 2014.
He has donated millions of dollars to
environmental, animal rights, and children's
charities over the last 15 years, including 5
acres of land in the Santa Monica Mountains.
