David Alessi (Vegas) graduated from Cal Poly
Pomona in 1990 and the University of La Verne
School of Law in 1998. He attended Pepperdine
School of Law as a visiting student in 1998 and
studied at the nations 3 ranked Straus
Instititute of Dispute Resolution.

David Alessi (Vegas) started his career in the
HOA industry as a Community Manager (CAM) from
1999-2001 with Real Support Management in Malibu
CA. He is proud to say not a single client has
ever filed a complaint against him to the
California bar.

By 2009, Alessi Koenig represented 700-800
HOAs in Nevada and California, encompassing over
a quarter of a million homeowners- making it the
largest HOA assessment collection law firm in the
state.

David Alessi arrived in Vegas in a Nissan Maxima
with 300 thousand miles on it. He rented a room
for 300/month that Chloe and he stayed in until
he could get on his feet. In 2001, shortly after
moving to Vegas, David formed the Alessi Trustee
Corporation (ATC).

Three years later ATC was the largest HOA
assessment collection trustee company in the
entire state of Nevada. Then, in 2004, David
Alessi formed the law firm of Alessi Koenig.

In 2001, David Alessi (Vegas) followed his two
year old daughter Chloe to Las Vegas and as a
single dad, he co-parented Chloe 50 of the time.
Chloe has since went on to graduate magna cum
laude from NYU.
