5How to Practice Bhastrika Pranayama Yoga
- First of all, by laying a yoga mat, sit in any
comfortable pose such as Padmasana, Siddhasana or
Sukhasana. - During this, the waist, neck, spine and head
should be straight. - If you cannot sit in Padmasana, then sit in a
comfortable position, but keep in mind that your
body, neck and head are straight. - Both the hands will remain on the knees in
the Gyan Mudra, and the eyes will remain closed. - Take a deep breath through the nostrils of both
nostrils, but take care not to open the mouth at
all while inhaling.
