5 ways to deal with muscle pain
2
Ice Pack
If the injury is acute, and if you notice a
swelling in the muscle or in the joint area and
it also feels warm due to inflammation, then it
is a good idea to wrap some ice pack on it with a
thin towel in the middle. Do this for at least 15
minutes. If you see that there isnt any swelling
and the muscles are just sore due to exercise,
then you can also apply a heat pack for 15
minutes in order to boost blood circulation.
3
Stretch
After you have done rigorous exercise, it is very
important that you do at least 10 minutes of
stretching so that you prevent any sore muscles,
or if you are experiencing any soreness in the
muscles already, it at least wont escalate.
Stretching is important not just after but before
exercising as well. Do some arm swings, on the
spot marching and so on before you pick speed.
Keep best cream for back pain handy just in case.
4
Continue Doing Light Exercises
Do not stop doing exercises altogether. If you
feel that there is a certain kind of pain you are
experiencing in your muscles after working out,
then it just means that your muscles have been
stretched and you are slowly getting stronger.
But do not quit. Even if there is pain, you can
ease them out by doing some light activity as
well.

Do not jump to rigorous training
  • No matter what your fitness goal is, it is
important that you do this step by step. Do not
jump to do any exercises that your muscles and
body are not yet developed for. Keep in mind that
this is a slow process and hence it is going to
take time for your body to get used to it, or to
even go lifting heavy weights. Keep some of the
best pain relief spray handy so that you are
prepared to deal with the pain if it ever
    happens.

Relax
  • One of the very important parts about exercising,
is relaxing. No matter how rigorous an exercise
regime youve followed, it is important that you
take some time to relax your muscles too. This in
fact helps your muscles to rebuild themselves and
become stronger too. Take a warm bath and go for
frequent massages to loosen the joints and also
    help muscles strengthen.
