Fabric Information We are offering 4 ranges of
fabrics which comply fully with the Furniture and
Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations 1988/1989,
1993 and 2010, so you have total confidence that
the fabric you are choosing is both fit for
purpose and fully compliant with the relevant
regulations and insurance requirements. As is a
requirement of law the products will carry two
labels (one permanent) that testify to this
compliance. Two of the fabric ranges in Band A
- Main Line Plus and Vita are available at the
standard price initially shown for the chair, and
there are two further Band B premium fabric
ranges  Aquarius and Blazer available at a
surcharge shown, giving you a choice of over 80
individual fabrics to choose from to ensure your
chair is customised to your preference and
environment.

Guidance on Specifying and Ordering Your
Chair We have put together a range of different
types and styles of chairs to suit a diverse and
discerning customer base.  We hope that you find
something that suits your needs, personality, and
budget.  While many people know exactly what they
want we hope these guidance notes on how to
select and order the chair of your choice might
be useful.  You will be purchasing a British
built quality chair made to your specification,
using the best quality materials, tried and
tested components and the finest fabrics
supported by a 5-year guarantee. We would
strongly urge you to put your money into the
features that you need and will make you
comfortable rather than on an expensive fabric,
which is why we have made fabric selection the
last on the list, and if you feel you have room
in the budget at that stage indulge yourself!

1. We recommend after browsing and having decided
   upon the chair you want that you click upon the
   model and this will bring up an image and the
   standard features of the chair you have selected
   and show a price which is inclusive of delivery
   to the UK mainland, VAT and either of our Band A
   fabric ranges Mani Line Plus and Vita vinyls.
2. Immediately under the standard features there is
   a list of optional extras that you can specify to
   go on your chair. A brief description of each is
   provided but if you require more information
   click on the glossary link for full details. 
   Clicking the box next to the option updates your
   order and the price, so you have a running total
   of how much you are potentially spending.  Please
   bear in mind you can only specify one mechanism
   so when one type of optional extra mechanism is
   selected, while you can change your mind you
   cannot order more than one, this also applies to
   castors.

3. After deciding the chair and adding any extra
features you require, please choose the fabric
that best expresses your personality and
complements your environment. We have almost 80
different colourways to choose from 4 different
ranges.  Band A fabrics Main Line Plus a wool
blend, and Vita a range of wipe clean
anti-microbial, stain repellent vinyl coverings
are included in the standard specification
price.  You can see immediately the additional
cost for the range for the chair you have chosen
on the band labels under the Upgrade Fabric
Options.  The Band B premium fabric ranges
Aquarius and Blazer are included at a surcharge
for those who like a touch of luxury. When you
have finished browsing the selection click on the
colour you require from the range of your choice,
and this will be added to the specification and
will in the case of Band B fabrics update the
price box accordingly. 4. Once you are happy
with your choices click on add to basket you
will have a final chance to review your selection
before you click on order. 5. Please make sure
as far as possible that you are happy with your
selection before confirming your order as we will
only accept cancellations up to 24 working hours
after placement as that is when the fabric and
any other necessary components will be ordered
for your customised chair, as we wish to give you
the best service possible.
