  • WHAT IS ANXIETY?
  • Anxiety can be defined as an abnormal sense of
    apprehension and fear, which is marked by
    physiological signs such as sweating, increased
    pulse rate, and tension. It often occurs due to
    the inability of understanding the reality and
    nature of a threat. This also creates self-doubt
    about our capacity to deal with it.
  • FEAR ANXIETY
  • A general state of fear or worry is experienced
    when people have to confront a challenging
    situation such as examination, test, recital, or
    interview. Usually, these feelings are considered
    normal. However, Anxiety is a problematic
    condition when these conditions hinder the sleep
    cycle and other functionality. We can say that
    Anxiety is a result of overreacting to a expected
    situation.
