• There was time when extended family and our
  cousins used to be our mentors but now busy
  scheduling has changed the scene of our homes. It
  has caused the presence of more psychologists to
  aware us about the effects of anxiety on the
  body. Many are living life of stressed
  personalities carrying the burden of quick
  targets in your profession and mutual conflicts
  in their personal life. It has become integral
  part of ours life and we have to learn to cope
  these situations. If we could do on our life then
  the number of stressed people would not have
  increased in our society.

  are causing pain to us. We cant change anyone
  but set our mind high with scientific techniques
  that take charge of our mindset. You can easily
  take your mind to growing stage. People are
  becoming addicted to alcohol, drugs.

level of stress in our mind. The information
about effects of anxiety on the body say that one
may have to face blood pressure fluctuation,
heart disease and stomach upset in our body. You
can judge that be in stress never solves any of
our problems but do harm to our body and mind.
