- I don't feel that any one requirements a prologue
to pani puri/golgappa. It is a mainstream and
notable "chaat" with minor varieties all over
India yet today I will present an alternate and
extraordinary style of pani puri called as
'Bangarpet Pani puri'.This visit started from a
spot called Bangarpet,a modest community in
Karnataka. I realize you should be considering
what is so extraordinary about this pani puri?
Well.....the pani is COLORLESS yet is very
impactful and delightful and furthermore shivers
your taste buds to the core.Even the filling is
very unique in relation to the normal golgappa as
we utilize green peas and carrot in the filling
which isn't so basic in standard golgappa.If the
pani is served in a perfect glass, one can't
recognize whether it is pani or genuine water
until and except if they taste or smell it.Though
I was unable to reproduce vapid pani, I
reproduced the first taste of Bangarpet pani
after rehashed endeavors with the formula which I
got from my mother.

4INGREDIENTS
1- 2 cup warm water 16- 1 tbsp curd
2- 2 pod whole garlic 17- 1/4 tsp pani puri masala
3- 2 piece green chilies 18- Ingredients for stuffing
4- 1/4 inch ginger 19- 1 tbsp oil
5- 4 piece white pepper 20- 1/4 tsp asafoetida
6- 1 small piece cinnamon stick 21- 1 tbsp chopped onion
7- salt as required 22- 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes
8- black salt as required 23- 1/4 cup boiled dry green peas
9- 1/4 tsp citric acid crystals 24- salt as required
10- Ingredients for paste 25- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
11- 1/4 cup fresh coriander 26- 1 tsp red chilli powder
12- 2 tbsp mint leaves 27- 1 tsp coriander powder
13- 2 piece green chilies 28- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
14- 1/4 inch ginger 29- 1/4 tsp gram masala powder
15- 2 pod garlic 30- 1 tsp sweet chutney
5INSTRUCTIONS
- First coarsely smash garlic, green stew, ginger,
white pepper and cinnamon put in muslin material
and accumulate the corners and tie add the sack
into the warm water let it splash for 2 hours
.Following 2 hours eliminate the sack and add
citrus extract gems, salt, and dark salt blend
well .In blend processor add glue fixings and
pulverize it.In hot container add oil and
asafoetida blend well .Add cleaved onion and
sauté for few moments .Add cleaved tomatoes and
cook a few times .Add bubbled dry green peas and
blend well and add all dry masala powder and new
coriander glue mix it .Add water and salt blend
well and cover the dish and cook some time
.Finally add sweet chutney and spread and mix
it.In plat orchestrate the tear open the puri and
stuffing them with dry green peas blend.Sprinkle
carrot and onion
