  • Boswellia or Loban
  • This herb is recognized from its spicy smell and
    is usually found in the Indian subcontinent and
    around. Loban is known in treating inflammation
    that causes inconvenience of any kind and also
    helps to relieve dry cough too. Some more
    benefits of Loban include having good oral
    health, aiding in digestion and for those who
    have asthma, it helps to increase breathing
    capacity.

  • Triphala
  • Whether it be kadha recipe for cold or the making
    of any ayurvedic medicines, triphala will be an
    integral part of it. Triphala is made of three
    prime ingredients which are amla, bibhitaki and
    haritaki. Adding triphala to your kadha for cold
    helps in easing the inflammation that one
    experiences in the throat during such times.
    Along with this, it also helps in smoother
    digestion and release any kind of pain in the
    joints too.
