Feigeasia Singapore provides training services to
its clients operating and maintenance personnel
to ensure a high level of efficiency of their
equipment. This training is available either at
its premises or directly at the clients
equipment.

Competent and specialized training staff from the
specific application field conducts the training
to the operating and maintenance personnel
directly at the filling equipment in the client
premises. Substantial training documents are
provided to the trainees.

For the one day training, the contents are
explanation of the equipment functioning,
instruction regarding scale function and
parameterization, explanation of inspection and
maintenance programmer, fault simulation and
identification and production assistance.

For the two day training, the theoretical
training in the fields consists of technical
documentation, automatic drum filler, pneumatics
and functional descriptions. Technical
documentation training includes filling lance and
filling valve, opening cylinder, lifting units,
bunghole exhaust device / drip collecting device
and scale.

Automatic drum filler training includes conveyor
such as drum lift, centring station such as
bunghole location, debugging and turning station
and closing station such as bunging and sealing.

The training includes function the pneumatic
components and structure of circuit diagram and
parts list. Functional description training
includes RA-IR / RA-DAT (control of the upward
movement of the filling lance for below-surface
filling mode).

There are also practical training in the fields
which includes pneumatic regulation at the
assembly group automatic drum filling machine and
regulation of a pneumatic cylinder bunghole
exhaust device.
