  will make every effort to fulfil your requirement

When should I book my appointment?

• This depends on the service you choose. Our
  standard service requires tests to be taken at
  least 2-3 days before the flight departure.
• Although we have calculated the process to
  complete within two working days, we advise you
  to book your appointment three days in advance if
  possible.

Do I require a Fit to Fly Letter with COVID-19
testing?

• Please check with your travel agent and the
  airline. It is also a good idea to look for the
  latest travel advisory by the government about
  your destination country on the FCO (Foreign
  Commonwealth Office) website.
• You may want to get tested for your own peace of
  mind pre-travel so that you know you have done
  everything in your control to avoid infecting
  others on your journey.

• The PCR swab test is painless and quick. A
  swab (similar to a thin cotton bud) is taken from
  the back of the throat and up the nose, the whole
  procedure takes around 1 minute and causes no
  distress at all.
