  • Kids can feel anxious in a lot of situations,
    such as visiting a new place, meeting new people,

  • In order to help kids manage their anxiety,
    parents could do some things consistently to keep
    them calm.
  • Some may work better than other methods depending
    on the situation.

Keep a consistent routine/schedule
  • Parent must strive to maintain a consistent
    schedule although doing this easier said that
    done, especially in the summer when days tend to
    be longer.
  • While the whole day cannot be scheduled
    consistently, you should keep the morning
    wakeups, breakfast, lunch, nap and bedtime
    schedule the same, suggests the teacher at
    the nursery schools in Dubai.

    to do what they want, but still it is usually the
    same categories errands, adventures, home play,

    unrelenting.

    whenever there is some big event or change coming
    come, they should tell their kids about whats
    coming up.

    wedding soon, and the child needs to stay with
    the grandparents for the time being.

    grandparents would take good care of them and
    would probably read them some extra books, and
    also give them candies.

    about parents leaving as he/she would be mentally
    prepared when the time comes.

  • When your child does experience anxiety, parents
    need to remind them that everything is going to
    be alright, and ask them to take some deep
    breaths, suggests a caretaker at the day care in
    Dubai. 
  • With consistency, your kid would learn over years
    that taking deep breaths helps him/her calm down
    and think clearly about what needs to be done.

  • It may sound cliché, but taking just a minute of
    fresh air in and removing oneself from the
    stressful situation is usually all it would take
    to clear your mind and think about what your next
    move needs to be.
