Delete the configuration files of your Skype
account

• Then press Windows R keys to open the Run box
  in your system.
• Type appdata\Skype in the address bar of the
  Run box and press enter key.
• After that, a new window will open and you see
  some configuration files. Delete those files.

  and type inetcpl.cpl in the search bar of the
  Run dialog box and then press enter key.
