experienced fitness trainer, health and life
coach who is passionate about guiding people to
achieve their personal health and fitness goals.
Whether it be weight loss, health and fitness
goals, or career and life goals, Anna provides

needs and to fit in with your day to day family
or work commitments. Fitgurl's unique, holistic
approach takes into consideration exercise,
nutrition, body, mind and spirit, all of which,
can be optimized to live a happy and joyful
life. Services include Personal Training in a
safe, outdoor environment, women's group exercise
classes, life coaching, nutrition analysis and
individual nutrition plans, health retreats,
mountain bike and triathlon coaching.

with triathlon coaching and plans.

quality of life through making exercise and
healthy eating a daily habit! I have trained as
an athlete competing worldwide for over 15 years.

- The focus of each training session is on you.
Structured training sessions are designed to
reach your personal goals. - 30 minutes to 1 hour sessions
- all workouts are outdoors in my undercover home
studio - Mobile on request (extra charge for travel)
