Meditation Self Starter Course

• Just as physical exercise helps to keep the
  body fit and healthy, meditation helps to keep
  the mind calm and positive.
• Meditation is one of the simplest things to do
  yet its not easy. Regular practice is the key.
• When you start with a meditation practice it
  is important to be consistent, to do it at the
  same time everyday and to not judge the practice

  20-mins a day, online, meditation course which

1. Reiki Therapy

• Reiki is an alternative healing technique that
  promotes the absorption and distribution of
  cosmic energy in the energy body and chakras.
• There are plenty of levels to learn and
  practice reiki. The highest level is the level at
  which you become a Reiki Grandmaster and can take
  5 to 10 years or more.
• Most people can learn up to Reiki Level 2.
  Level 2 allows you to heal yourself, heal your
  friends and family, and heal from afar.
• You should go to level 3 or higher only if you
  want to practice Reiki Healing at the
  professional level.
