  Saez-Blanco had been arrested by the Aspen police
  for committing a couple of crimes a few months
  back.

  harass, threaten, and extort his girlfriend in
  February and March.
• Alejandros ex-girlfriend, who had started to
  live with her new boyfriend, took the case to the

• She was quite scared of his ex-boyfriend and
  believed that he would return to take revenge on
  the lady and her new man.
• The incident began this year, in February, when
  Alejandro Saez-Blanco started sending warning
  messages to the ladys new boyfriend.
• He had been texting both his ex-girlfriend and
  her new boyfriend since February.
• This Argentinean man really went too far this
  time by visiting the boyfriends apartment.

• Perhaps, he was planning on attempting physical
  violence on the man.
• However, he couldnt get face-to-face with exs
  new boyfriend as the apartment was bolted and
  Alejandro had no other option than returning.
• However, he threatened the boyfriend of
  attempting physical violence through the text the
  same night he had tried to reach him.

• The boyfriend returned two days after the
  incident and caught Alejandro on his CCTV
  footage.
• The 40-year-old was seen peering through the
  apartments windows and constantly knocking on
  the door until he couldnt find anything relevant
  and returned.
• When the new boyfriend and Alejandros ex
  reported the case, the police arrested Alejandro
  and warned him of never visiting Aspen again.

• Alejandro Saez-Blanco accepted all his crimes as
  well as the fact that he was the one behind
  threatening the lady and the boyfriend.
• As per the affidavit filed in Pitkin County
  District Court, Alejandro was strictly restricted
  from contacting his ex-girlfriend and the man by
  any means.
• He was not even allowed to visit Aspen or reach
  out to the victims.

• In March, an arrest warrant was issued along with
  a restraining order that clearly prohibited this
  Argentinean man from getting back to the lady and
  her better-half.
• However, Alejandro did not obey the laws. After
  all this fuss and tension, he started sending the
  threatening messages to this new man in April.
  Alejandros location was traced to Argentina this
  time.
• He even left some voice messages where he called
  the man by different names. He also left a
  threatening message saying I will come for you.

• Ten days later, Alejandro sent another voice mail
  where he warns the boyfriend to deposit 50,000
  in his bank account else the lady would be
  reported to the immigration authority.
