  threat messages from Argentina.
• However, he had visited Aspen to stalk the
  womans new boyfriend.

  come back to Aspen if not arrested.
• She was pretty sure that the man would return for
  taking revenge on his exs new boyfriend.
• As per the affidavit filed in the court,
  Alejandro is prohibited from returning to Aspen.

  for stalking, extortion, and other such
  allegations.

• Alejandro had been sending threat messages to the
  womans new boyfriend since February.
• Unfortunately, it was not only the threat
  messages but he attempted to visit the mans
  apartment during his absence.
• The CCTV footage from the boyfriends home
  captured Alejandro tapping on the front door and
  looking through the window.

  Later that night, he sent a threatening text
  message to the boyfriend where he said he would
  attempt physical violence on him.
• Alejandro, when arrested by police, admitted that
  he was sending threats to the woman's new
  boyfriend and attempted to visit him. He was
  advised not to stalk them again.

Arrested by the Police and Prohibited from
Visiting Aspen

• The man was arrested in March for extorting,
  trespassing, attempting physical violence, and
  stalking, the document stated.
• The report had a restraining order according to
  which Alejandro Saez-Blanco was prohibited from
  contacting the lady and her new boyfriend.

• In April, this Argentinean man sent certain
  messages to the lady warning her that hes coming
  for her soon.
• Not only this, but he sent the same threatening

• Ten days after the incident, Saez-Blanco sent
  another voicemail to the womans new boyfriend
  warning him of reporting the lady to the
  immigration authorities if the boyfriend did not
  deposit 50,000 into his account right away.
• Three days after, the man posted a message on
  Facebook where he called the man a pedophile,
  says the affidavit. Saez-Blanco is either in
  Spain or Argentina.
