Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of
Talmage, LLC (formerly known as Guggenheim
Structured Real Estate), and a commercial real
estate private equity firm that he co-founded in
2003.

Grant Rogers has an MBA in real estate and
finance from the Columbia University Graduate
School of Business and is a Beta Gamma Sigma
graduate of Virginia Tech with a BS (honors) in
finance. Grant Rogers worked at UBS WARBURG /
PaineWebber INC. / KIDDER, PEABODY CO. for
almost 7 years as Executive Director and Deal
Manager - Commercial Real Estate Group.

Grant Rogers remained involved in all phases of
CMBS securitization, including loan origination
and negotiation, sizing, underwriting and due
diligence, rating of bonds, preparation of bond
prospectuses and SEC registration documents, and
marketing of securities, including "B" pieces.
