1. Eat food rich in fibre There has already been
a lot of claims and studies about the link
between varicose veins and fibre-rich food. These
studies claim that fibre improves the appearance
of varicose veins. With this, try having
fibre-rich food like oranges, pineapples, and
more, and avoid white flour, white rice and
sugar.   2. Choose whole wheat flour Instead of
eating white flour, choose whole wheat flour that
would contain all the needed vitamins, minerals,
and proteins for vascular health. Even fibre is
present in whole wheat flour.   3. Choose brown
rice or wild rice Instead of eating white rice,
choose eating brown rice and wild rice instead.
Brown rice, alone is good for improving
conditions of many health concerns like high
blood pressure and diabetes.

4. Eat fruits When craving some sugar rush, eat
fruits instead of running to sweets. This will
improve the appearance of your varicose veins.
Fruits are also great antioxidants that reinforce
your veins and will keep you healthy.   5. Eat
Rutin-rich food Rutin is a flavonoid that reduces
the fragility and permeability of capillaries.
This will then reduce the risks of developing
varicose veins. Rutin is present in apples,
cherries, blackberries, and more.   6. Stay
hydrated Drinking lots of water and staying
hydrated will help prevent blood clots which
become one of the primary causes of varicose
veins.
