• I just got engaged and set the big day for
  December. As with any family, mine were elated
  with the news!
• It was a surprise to everyone including myself
  .Every girl dreams of this day early on. What
  were going to wear, to what were going to say
  and the make-up and of course, the showstopper
  dress.
• I wanted everything to be perfect on the day.
  Being the first in the family to get married , my
  mother wanted to get her lines eased out with
  Botox and my sister was looking for a facelift
  that would get rid of her double chin.

• With the hustle- bustle of the wedding date
  coming closer, I had so many things to do and the
  last thing I wanted to be worried about was
  unwanted body hair.
• After years of shaving and waxing I was open to
  trying laser hair removal.
• With the promise of permanent results, who would
  say no?
• Every nook and cranny of my area offered laser
  hair removal. I had so
• many choices and decided to go with the first one
  I saw. It was my worst
• nightmare! I was made to lie down in a bed for
  what seemed like an
• eternity with this lady zapping away at my skin.
  It was extremely uncomfortable and for the steep
  price, it lacked comfort. I had to stop the
  treatment mid-way.
• The experience was so traumatic that I vowed to
  never go for a laser again in my life.

• A week had passed, and I decided to give the
  laser hair removal treatment another go. This
  time, I did the research on sensations I should
  be feeling, and what I should expect.
• After seeing some posts on Instagram and
  researching the clinic, Bionix was the clinic of
  choice. The did, Botox and double chin reduction
  as well which was a huge bonus. Everything under
  one roof meant that my mom, my sister and I could
  spend some quality time together as well.
• I loved talking to the doctor who later did
  Botox, fillers for my mom and requested her Patch
  test as I was really having anxiety from my last
  ordeal. Right from Doctor Juliana and the whole
  staff made me feel so comfortable.

• The fact that she explained the procedure before
  and during the treatment, was enough to tell me
  that they were patient focused.  
• They use a Machine called Joulemax which SPRAYS
  cooling GAS and Freezing CHILLED AIR with every
  shot of laser. The therapist used a chart to
  define my hair type as coarse and my skin type as
  tanned. The therapist told me she combined two
  lasers Alexandrite and Nd yag to give me the best
  results. As I understood the process, I realized
  that maybe the previous clinic didnt have the
  right machine or maybe the right therapist
• Nevertheless this procedure was so relaxing that
  I could actually enjoy the experience while still
  planning out what else I needed to finish before
  the wedding.

• I have completed 6 sessions, and I am extremely
  happy. I love my satin like skin. The clinic
  requested me to share my experience, so penned
  this down as a small gesture to thank them for
  the happiness they have given me.
