    Yoga uses for exercise, breathing techniques, and
    meditation. It increases both spiritual and
    physical movement. It helps you to boost your

History
  • Yoga is known by Indian Ascetic. Ascetic is
    practicing from 900 to 500 BC in the reference of
    Brahmans. Yoga was developed as a way to attain
    the euphony between the heart and soul on the
    path to godly understanding. Across the way, yoga
    was created for ending the disease such as
    diabetes, blood pressure, sugar, chronic pain or
    physical injury. But now Yoga is very popular
    outside of India and in Italy, yoga has very
    famous and people there loved to do yoga. Some
    people of Italy came to India to do Yoga and
    especially they do hath yoga. Hath yoga is first
    yoga all over the world and it was created by
    Lord Shiva.

    Factor (BDNF). Yoga gives us a brilliant role in
    alleviating and slows down our mental chatter
    doing breath work. Through practicing yoga, we
    become more silent and grounded.
